"Or maybe just lazy," he chuckled, then gave a soft hiss at the bite.

His grin widened, and he dropped one arm into the water to wrap around her waist.

"I ain't been led wrong yet followin' you, so I figure no reason not t'keep on."

"I can work with lazy...I feel a bit lazy myself." She chuckled, flicking her tongue just under his collarbone because that was...the extent of her reach without moving.

"I've been leading you places? News by me!"

He laughed at that.

"You kiddin'? You led me through a glowy portal, led me out to a creek, an' a bar fight. Plus, I'm pretty sure you were leadin' that night I stumbled home."

"No, you went through of your own volition! Honest!" Because she dared him more than anything else! "And the creek calls to people, vile temptress it is. And the bar fight was not my fault!" She was giggling, helplessly, against his chest though.

He laughed more, shaking his head and grinning at her.

"I didn't say you dragged me or anything, but I was followin' you the whole time." Therefore, she was leading.

"I dunno Bill, at least one instance led to a black eye for you. Can you call me a good influence if I am actually leading you?" She teased and nipped his shoulder. "You may have to get new friends for your own safety."

"This?" He gestured at his eye and made a 'pfft' sound. "Ain't nothin'. Last night was fun, an' as long as we ain't bar fightin' every Saturday night I think I'll be good."

"It ain't 'nothing'!" she sniffed and leaned her head on his shoulder. "They hurt you and I didn't stop it." Or kill them. Yeah.

His smile warmed, and he reached his hand from her arm to her face, trailing a fingertip around the point of her ear.

"But I'm alright. An' from what I remember, I was the one kinda pickin' that fight, anyhow."

"I shoulda got us out of there sooner," she grumped softly. "Really, names don't mean a thing to me Bill. They don't."

"Y'know, really I know that they shouldn't, but you matter t'me, an' it's gonna get t'me when people disrespect you," he confessed, trailing his finger down along her jawline to her chin.

"I shouldn't of let it turn bar brawl, though. I feel bad for that bruise y'got from it."

"I got the bruise because I was dorking around instead of treating it like a real fight," she admitted, tilting her face to follow his fingers. "But I figure you didn't want people bleeding too badly when we left..."

He caressed her chin, lightly playing fingertips beneath it.

"You're a pretty violent gal, y'know that?"

It wasn't a judgement, not with the smile the words came along with.

"I know the other worlds are pretty intense, but this one you've got the chance to kick back a bit. Relax."

His last word was followed by him leaning in to press his lips to hers.

"I'm a very violent girl," she admitted before getting kissed.

Yep, Bill kisses forestalled further conversation! Kicking back? Relaxing? Well, she was in a warm tub with an attractive man. Did that count?

It was certainly a start.

Breaking the kiss, he smiles at her, brushing his nose against hers.

"I think my easy goin' nature might be a good influence for you."

Well, she was good at starts?

That or bathing. Yep, good at bathing.

She tilted her head jussssst enough to kiss his nose and grinned. "Really? Yet you jumped into that fight. Sure I'm not rubbing off on you?" Hmmm, waaaaaait. "Could rub on you. Might be fun."

His grin turned into an amused (and touch embarrassed) smirk.

"I think maybe we're influencin' each other a bit," he admitted. His eyes flicked downwards, then back to her.

"Might be."

"I could live with that." Clarice grinned and leaned in for another kiss.

"Now the million dollar question...want me...to...rub?" Eh, why wait for an answer? A little hip wiggle and she was sliding a couple inches down his thighs.

His breath snagged, and there was no stopping the slight arch of his hips against her in reaction.

"Hm, hard t'say no to that." Not that he wanted to. Hell no.

"Now that is a nice sound," she drawled, watching his face after that ragged breathing there. "And a good answer. Guess I should get my feet in the tub properly huh?"

"I'd really like it if you did."

A lot, a point he emphasised by placing a kiss to her shoulder.

"And I'd hate to see you pout. I have the feeling your puppy eyes could strike me down at ten paces!" She grinned wiggled back up off of Bill and onto the edge of the tub. It was much easier to turn around that way and then slid her legs into the water on either side of his waist.

Naturally the rest of her followed after a moment!

He lifted his arms out of the water to let her maneuver, then wrapped them around her waist when she was settled.

Smiling in approval he said, "I think that's much better."

"Mmm, it does have it's advantages," she admitted. "Such as a wider range of motion..." Time to pick up explorations where she left off? Yes! She could reach much more of his chest now!

Plus she had the sneaky suspicion he might enjoy getting his chest licked yes?

That was a big yes.

Having her so close and in his lap wasn't such a bad thing, either.

His erection now trapped between their bodies was the first sign of his approval for this whole situation, the murmur he let out when her tongue pressed to his skin was another.

Smoothing his palms over her bare thighs, he settled back against the tub and just enjoyed what she was doing for a bit.

"Sure am glad we didn't skip the bath..."
