She'd been working two days, a day to get a handle on the simple art of flower arranging (complicated stuff would come later) and to start learning delivery routes. It had been nice to be moving again, doing something, anything, constructive and today...

...today she actually teleported back to Bill's house with an armload of groceries and flailed. "I'M RUNNING LATE! DID THE ROAST IN THE CROCKPOT TURN OUT...wait. YOU"RE NOT HOME ARE YOU?!"

It probably wasn't time for him to be home. Meep. Talking to an empty house and running late on starting the meal still! Right! Dough! Dough first, for bread and a sweet dough for tarts. Those needed to rise, then she could start peeling potatoes...

Right. She could do this. She flipped on the radio, tossed her floral shop hat on the counter and stared COOKING. Dancing and cooking but hey who didn't need music to cook well? "Knife!" she called out, years of habit having the warning go out amidst the music so no one got hit by the knife headed toward the sink.

She tended to throw things when she was cooking. Yep.

[Oh, ummm, I'd think they'd have gotten along alright, after seeing Bill was happy and Clarice wasn't out to take advantage or run off to the other side of the country :X

She'd still have found her slightly odd, though. *laughs*]

[Well...pink. And very, very active. So! Odd is fine as long as they are getting along! And she is totally going to do her best to get Bill running with her >.>]

[Ha, yes! Of course she would have. And with possibly less resistance that might be assumed. All it would take is her asking him a few times and poking him a bit and he'd get off his duff to join her.

He's no Olympian, and can't keep up with her going full tilt, but he'd manage well enough.

She'll never get him to kick the sugar addiction, though. But veggies would be a larger part of his diet to compensate?]

[Well, she'd keep her hard running for the times when Bill wasn't with her! And with Bill getting active the rest of the precinct may decide to as well...>.>

And yay veggies! And sugar limiting.]

Clarice'll have lots of changes on him! He'll totes be eating better, and not being miserable anymore means drinking less. He'll be halfway to superhero shape before it all hits the fan. And then he'll have superpowers to make up for the rest.]

And yay drinking less! *pets him* He'll be alright! In that 'Now you're even more of a rolemodel' way!]

Ahaha, now I'm imagining him with an action figure. He'd be so embarrassed, while also stoked, because ACTION FIGURE! OF HIM!]

[I figure on Clarice and Bill ate first because her team moved on with their replacement when Clarice fell off the radar? But eventually slotted back into a team! We can forge our own team if we want!

...and bwahahahah. There will be one eventually! ON a world they got to operate in the open at!]

Backpack! Yes, he'd definitely be more for a backpack than a shoulder bag or sommat. Sadly, he probably won't be able to keep it mint in the box, but that's okay, he can tuck it into a pocket and it'll hang out to witness their awesome adventuring *laughs*]
