"I am?" he asked with a chuckle, turning his back to her. "Like bein' lazy an' eatin' bad?"

Those were things she certainly hadn't known before.

"S'just sore in the middle," he answered, reaching around to gesture towards the area. "S'nothin'."

He'd actually overdid it today helping out another farmer, but it wasn't anything he couldn't live with.
