His hand stilled for half a beat, then continued with its motions while he listened to her words.
Yeah... he hadn't really thought about much before getting into this. It happened so fast, from the kiss last night to here on the floor now, repercussions hadn't really come up.
It wasn't that he regretted it, he liked her, and more, she liked him so what was to regret? But now it became a question of, what do they do from here?
A shadow of guilt did cross his features, and he pressed a kiss to her temple in apology for it and his lack of forethought. Because yeah, this could get awkward in a lot of ways.
"I ain't changed my mind about you. I like you, an' I'm kinda over the moon here that you're givin' me a shot. But... "
He really hated to add that but, and showed it with a slight frown.
"There might be some parts of this I shoulda thought about before."
