It was part instinct and practice. He was a confirmed bachelor, afterall, not celibate.
Of course, it had been awhile, so it might've been part eagerness, too.
Returning the grin, he lowered both hands to her waist and nodded.
"Hm, yeah, that sounds good."
He leaned in to kiss her jaw, and lowered his voice in her ear.
"An' then I can return the favor."
